One man serves food while another cooks.

South Pole Sous Chef Steven Cohen helps himself to brunch while Sous Chef James Brown makes an omelette. Food is served cafeteria style at the station to support personnel and science teams working there. Cooks and dining room attendants are employed to serve three regular meals during the austral summer, as well as a midnight meal for night workers.
